We will reach the first winery in the area of Montalcino, that is home to the “Brunello“, for the visit and the wine tasting of some wines that are made in this worldwide famous wine-growing area. We will then move on to another winery, where it will be possible to taste the “Brunello” wine and the olive oil, that is also made by the winery, during lunch, sitting at a table in a panoramic terrace on the Val d’Orcia. After lunch the itinerary will continue to the area of Montepulciano, home to the “Nobile” winemaking, where we will visit a winery (that has now become an art gallery as well) that uses innovative methods of wine production, but that respects at the same time the old traditions in processing the precious grapes into a delicious wine. We will get back to your accommodation in the late afternoon.

We suggest you leave after breakfast, our driver will pick you up at your accomodation, and reach the first Chianti Classico winery. Chianti Classico is one of the most famous wines in the world for its organoleptic characteristics, mainly composed of Sangiovese and other grape varieties such as colorino, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. WINE TOUR WITH DRIVER IN THE CHIANTI CLASSICO (Castelnuovo Berardenga and Gaiole in Chianti) We suggest that you leave from your accommodation after breakfast, in order to reach the first winery in the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga for the visit of the cellar and the tasting of the Chianti Classico wine. Famous throughout the world for its organoleptic properties, this wine is mostly made from Sangiovese grape variety, blended with other vine varieties such as Colorino, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We will then move on to reach the second winery in the area of Gaiole in Chianti: here, in addition to the wine tasting and the visit, you can stop for lunch, savoring some excellent local cuisine. After lunch, along scenic roads surrounded by picturesque vineyards, we will reach the third and last winery, where you will taste fine wines that are made with great ability by skilled hands, who can respect the old traditions of winemaking but at the same time can use innovative methods. We will return to your accommodation (Villa / Hotel) in the late afternoon

Nobile Wine Tour

The Wine Tour with driver in Montepulciano will take you to the discovery of some of the most beautiful wineries of Vino Nobile without the worry of the guide. Montepulciano is a splendid Renaissance town, rich in art, history and culture, famous throughout the world for the production of excellent wines. Vino Nobile has been produced in this area for centuries with Sangiovese “Prugnolo Gentile” and other red grapes such as Canaiolo and Mammolo. WINE TOUR WITH DRIVER – VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO We will leave from your accommodation after breakfast, in order to reach the old medieval village of Montepulciano. The “Nobile” winemaking has long been intertwined with the history of Montepulciano: this wine is made from 70% of Sangiovese “Prugnolo Gentile” grape variety and from 30% of other local red-berry-vine varieties, such as Cannaiolo and Mammolo. We will then reach the first winery for the visit and the wine tasting of “Nobile”: here the knowledgeable staff will explain in English all the winemaking process that is necessary to go through to make this fine wine. In the late morning we will move on to another winery< where, in addition to the wine tasting and the visit, you can stop for lunch, savoring some excellent local cuisine. For those who like this option better, it will be possible to have lunch inside the town walls that surround the historical center of Montepulciano, booking one of the many typical restaurants. After lunch we will reach the third winery, where we will end this day with the last “Nobile” wine tasting, bringing with us such a good memory of this wonderful experience. We will go back to your accommodation in the late afternoon.

With departure in the morning from your accommodation your driver will take you to Siena, one of the most visited and loved cities in Tuscany. The city is rich in history, in art, and rooted in strong traditions most commonly tied to the renowned Palio of Siena and the cities’ typical contrade. Thanks to the special permits we have access to we will enter into the restricted traffic limited zone and arrive in the heart of the city centre, (only in groups of maximum 8 people). From here you will be able to set off and discover the wonders of the city.
